Art of the Bot
Art of the Bot is committed to educating the community about science and technology via art, on the belief that engineering and art are closely connected in terms of creativity. Over the years the group has tackled many projects, including decorating a model orbiter which was displayed out at NASA, running a Haunted House at the Merritt Island Mall for two years, and creating a Lego Christmas Tree which was also displayed at the mall before being auctioned off. Also, every year the team produces a Vex robot for the Very Special Arts Festival to help kids who don’t have the proper hand coordination draw.
